No one is better than Alvin for BBQ! He recently catered lunch for Amada Senior Care Corporation’s annual conference attended by franchise business owners around the country. This was the third year in a row that O’side BBQ Man has catered our event. Several of the franchise partners are foodies who look forward to this special day of the year when they can relist Alvin’s BBQ. Even franchise partners from “BBQ states” like Texas, North Carolina, Missouri, Kentucky, Louisiana, Alabama and Tennessee said that Alvin’s BBQ is right up there as “the best of the best!” Hire Alvin and enter the land of barbecue heaven — and impress your business partners and employees!

Alvin, O’Side BBQ Man, cooks an amazing southern style meal! I loved working with Alvin. He promised me good food and he exceeded my expectations. Food was amazing; I had a special request for collard greens and I am so glad I requested this because they were a hit. The chicken is to die for and ribs are wonderful. He is totally laid back and easy to work with. He really wants to do a good job-he showed up super early to make sure the food was ready on time and cooked to perfection. He does all the cooking and then serves it buffet style. The only job you need to be prepared for is that you will have to heat up 1-2 sides in your kitchen but my guess is if that does not work for you he will work something out because he is totally accommodating and very reasonable priced. Must have if you like good BBQ. Your guests will love him! My guests raved about the food all night!!!

I recently had Alvin cater our holiday luncheon in December for work. Let me just say that the 90+ people were very happy after they ate their fill of the delicious BBQ pork ribs/chicken, mac n cheese (yum!), potato/macaroni salads. The ribs and chicken were juicy and delicious! The mac n cheese was such a comfort food that it was hard to go back to work afterwards.

He started BBQing in our loading dock at 7AM and was ready for service at 11AM. Food was plentiful, great customer service and there were even leftovers!

Pricing was also great compared to the other companies I checked out. I did not receive any complaints regarding his food at all – and that’s unusual for this group. I will definitely keep him in mind for our next event!
